... HOD's just chase for baseless work targets with their Sub-ordinates that's all. They don't pay you according to your skills and work load does not divided equally because HOD's don't know how to manage team. They pay you only as per their relationship with them. If you dont ask for promotions, they won't bother to do it on their own. HR policy is very poor and not at all existed. If Kadence need to grow, then they have to change their un-efficient and un-professional HOD's.

Stay Away from Kadence Automation & Robotic Systems I want to share my experience at Kadence Automation & Robotic Systems, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this company. Kadence Automation & Robotic Systems is a company that lacks integrity and professionalism. They don’t honor their commitments, they don’t communicate properly, and they have no respect for their employees. If you’re thinking of joining this company, I strongly suggest you think again. It’s not worth your time or effort.

There is only timing issue.The timing issue which I think is worst there is no timing mainly you come to the office at 9:00 - 9:30am & 7:30pm.

In kadence every project come with different concept and different challenges , it's depends on you how u face challenges and learn from every project.

Appraisal is so poor here , whole year you work very hard and in appraisal month u feel so disappoint because only selected employees get good appraisal.

Good company, too much things to learn. But zero family life if u r an employee there. Dont work if u want to manage family life. Design head is very rude and unprofessional. Desig head is a very bad person u will ever meet. He will not care about ur health, ur family, ur safety and anything.

Tinings are min. 12 hrs. And can be stretched upto 15 hrs ince in a week.
