Worst work culture, it's not atoll good company for Non Tamilian people, salary issues are there, worst HR department and people had ever seen in my entire professional career, zero professionalism from HR people, poor salary appraisal and variable pay, overall treatment given to Non Tamilian people is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional, Tamil people lobby, dominance these two major factors which demotivates to work in KAAR,

... 2. The timesheet submission application is very worst it has it's own issues 3. Everytime you have to be worried on getting salary or not because of this timesheet issues. 4. In most of the meetings the management people are from Tamil Nadu, so they speak in Tamil, you will loose interest and not even understand anything. 5. Lot of internal politics from Project Management team.

Employee Well-being Ignored: This plays doesnt give a damn about your personal, mental or physical health Toxic Environment: The culture is utterly toxic. Managers promote a blame game atmosphere and constantly belittle employees. Incompetent Management: Managers are inept, clueless about their roles and disappear during work hours, dumping all responsibilities on their team. No Safety Measures: There's zero concern for employee safety making it hazardous place to work. No Career Growth: Dont expect any career development or growth opportunities. this place will suck you ambition dry. Unprofessionalism: Professionalism is non-existent. Managers are often seen flirting and crossing personal boundaries with co-workers. Lack of Support: You will receive no support from management. you're on your own in this nightmare Exploitation: Prepare to work beyond normal hours, weekends, and overnight, with no compensation whatsoever. Personal Space Invasion: Personal space is not respected. Managers will constantly encroach on your privacy. Life Made Miserable: Your life will be made miserable, with constant stress, no passion or compassion, and relentless exploitation. No Passion: The organization is devoid of any passion, and will actively crush any enthusiasm you might have. Managerial Absence: Managers disappear during work hours, leaving you to handle the chaos, yet they still expect you to work beyond your limits. No Ambition: This place steals your ambition and leaves you drained and demotivated. This organization is a complete disaster. if you value your sanity and well-being, run as far away as you can from this nightmare.

Kaar policies are not good, they cry giving hike/appraisals. there is no policy for variable pay calculation. as this is Chennai based company, some decisions are biased, non Tamil will feel left alone. joining letter says work from home and management is calling to office. so much uncertainty.
