He never miss to praise anyone's work in public. He is very disciplined in terms of work, work culture, timings, and he is professional as well. He always gives respect to all employees of the company. There are plenty of chances to learn on the job if someone is hardworking.

Dislikes

There were some employees who used to bully me but i think everyone get such people in their life wherever they go. Some employees were supportive but some used to taunt on my financial situations. Lot of politics were there. Overall only 2-3 people were not good in the company. They used to think that they are the only people who can run the company and nobody can take their place. They think they are the king of the company.
