Yes i would like to work . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Dislikes

Poor in making business. Hence felt insecure for job. Also I used to report to VP Sales who also left in 1 year after I joined and no support from the company given. I was asked for transferring to mumbai without my consent.

Working at K7 has been a really good experience. The work culture and the atmosphere set up by the company is really good.

Dislikes

Lack of upgrades in the product to match with competitors. Lack of support from leadership team to bring in upgrades. Sticking to the comfort zone and not expanding in B2B

Good place to learn Very friendly environment Manager like Samir and Hari are very good Research team is working like a family Raj,Sunil,Arun and Kaarthik are the people teach everything in the malware research

The company culture and best work environment for the freshers and mid-level experienced employees. K7 Computing is not only a company for work it will also help employees to grow skill-wise. The management treats employees as a family. I enjoyed every moment while working in this company.
