I learned and understood a wide range of work in this company but all that was by myself and with my teammates as there was not much support from the top management.

Dislikes

...yee oriented company rather it's directors and shareholders oriented company. 3. Salary benefits, HR policies, employee problems, etc.. are all meaningless for the top management. 4. There is no proper planning and system in this company and its mostly because of the top management. 5. Partiality and favouritism towards certain less capable employees by the top management.

Compensation is decent but you are working for your own growth along with company's growth. Don't consider it as a work pressure, consider it as a development.

Its a Family business , bhai bhatija , chcha , mama , bade bhaiya company . Very unprofessional, , no work ethics . Each and every individual at head office is nothing more than the puppet and are only for decoration purpose. Relatives sitting at each corner of the office . Apart from that they are also only a show off company , they have no funds to run the firm , salaries are late upto months. And best part is when you resign they blackmail for money. They will ask to deposit certain amount as penalty (which usually thrice of what they are paying). Admin is pathetic , HR don't seem like HRs.
