...st exist to spy their subordinates. They have trust issues in their employees. Salary gets delayed for more than couple of month's time. They don't have any process in place. HR is pathetic. No process in place. No proactive communication while hiring candidate, while candidates are hired and on board for the training. While hiring they say it's all about counseling however it's all about tele calling and marketing activity. None is qualified to run the company or to be a part of leadership team forget leadership team none knows what is leadership all about. They dont have something called shift timing. Worklofe balances sinks if you work with this organization. They want their people to work for them 24*7 for 365 days. They can arrange meeting after 11:00pm 1:00 am (midnight). They have no work ethics in place. They consider their employees their servant even they dont have ethics for female staff. The person who just know "yes sir yes sir" can work with this organization. People with high skills and caliber shouldn't waste his/her time working with this kind of organization. It's completely waste of time. It's like banging your head on wall when you discuss probabilities or any parameters with them. Most of the staff of these organization are its students. In nutshell it was indeed worse experience of working with this organization.
