Monthly salary otherwise nothing is advisable or no personal growth regarding subject or research or any exposure

Dislikes

...Similarly staff wise, there is no growth regarding subject and research and all. They are finally threatening the staff life by not giving their original certificates and if you pay 3 months salary then only i will give your certificates. This is their usual practice.
