...fered to such department where they himself have to putin the resign papers.....Local Mba Candidates are paid very very less salary package of 4.50 Lakhs p.a. over here in this organization which is mine personal experience and rest of the staff experience shared to me... Really If we work hard in any organisation Achievement need to be shared to lower hardworking staff also not only those who are favourite staffs.....Not to Expect any increment if candidates are executive or Officer level..... May be management strategy of Pressurized New staff. Issue them loans and expect that the new joined staff will work with the salary offered for atleast 5 Years without any increments but staffs those who are at higher level enjoys good packages. So, pls. Help me with good package and with good company offer.
Annual appraisal compensation is not so lucrative and the growth is slow. Certain group of people doing better growth but not all, lagging in conducting training programs for employees.
There is a lot of politics and due to politics you will not get what you deserve.due to covid 19 they have reduce salary and remove 30%staff which is not correct at this moment
Excellent professional work environment to learn and enhance the skills while implementing the existing ones.
Dislikes
Too many audits & certifications which needs to be done by site teams along with regular upkeep of the property. This results in mental stress.
No hike in remuneration during promotion. Hike is just like every year's %.
