There is nothing process , no fixed date about salary . New rule 50 % of the week if you present you will get Saturday Sunday salary . Other wise it will LWP , anytime rule can be changed . No job security . No medical , even CL El credited 1 each month , so you can’t take long leave if you have medical issue , only solve LWP .

This is a university which is on the verge of getting blacklisted. There is nothing which anyone will like after seeing the inside story.

...ore than 6 months. Faculty are tortured.No EPF is contributed by the management.instead they deduct money from your salary only . University is in a pathetic state.Everything is fake.

... admission head from the past 3 years No digital marketing head from the past 1.5 years 5 VCs changed in the past 2 years, few of them were kicked out within a month Admission team staff are held like a prisoner, no personal life, salary deduction is like the petrol in BMW's of gupta's are dependent upon total salary deducted of staffs on regular basis 12th pass idiots who can't formulate a single sentence are heading as academic coordinator making life of Dean's and Faculties who are Ph.D holders a hell

Lala's sitting at top People sitting at the 4th floor a block Salary deduction without any information No perks and benefits for working extra time extra days No security safety, you can get beaten up by student any given day ( SOMC dean was just given a threat during this year SOMC farewell and they weren't able to do anything ) Faculties have been out for soliciting with students Faculties have been out because of cases registered against them in the court by former students Illiterates sitting in head office and gk will act like they are the actual owner of the organization

Not at all supporting. Payed 50% salary during the tenure and when i resigned even after giving notice period they blocked my two months salary. Now i am fighting for that and they are paying no response. I really would like to inform parents whether they would like their child to study in such a university??? They are fraudsters

They are fraudsters and do not pay their employee complete salary even after giving notice period

The only thing is that teammates are supportive but management is very diplomatic. Appraisal are not fair and even no salary hike and bonus.

Management doesn't address the issue of employee, salary is also not good. Career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
