Director is a knowledgeable person, MD is cool and helping, Managers are super helping, knowledgeable, and will teach you whatever you want to learn, colleagues are like a family now.

Salaries are very less, salary structure needs to improve as soon as possible, and should be given as per the performance not as per the experience.

Best company in India who is the OEM of equipments for Primary treatment of wastewater. Mr. Suresh AB (Proposals Manager) who is my manager too is the best Manager in the country.If anyone want to join Kpack, try to be in his team.
