The company is very best to gain a better retail experience,I have learnt many subjects practically as , SOP- Store operating procedures ,cash management,staff training as required, compliance management , safety management ,How to achieve daily sales Target's, seasonal Target plans compared to last year Fata, Discounts and sales promotion, maintain stock VM-Visual management, store look, Customer data, and Marketing plans, customer telecalling to create walk-in, I also have the knowledge of online sales through a Tablet in the store, to avoid loss of sale

Dislikes

Work pressure was high, I have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day, as I have to also maintain customer relationship n give them good service, I have got many appreciation from my customers, but in K-Lounge growth is slow , as in franchise rolls there is only 2 months sale twice in a year, customer complaint was high about the garment quality, since company do not have an exchange policy ,my franchise has to bear .

I switched job there bcoz there was no work for me when i asked for the work nobody gave this is the main reason behind quitting the job
