...ecause they ruin your carrier. Management filled with toxic and cheating people. They will hire you in specific role and fix CTC as per salary discussion in hr call. Then they will discuss about probationary period in your recruitment process like 1 or 3 month period. In such period Employees work as much as possible to perform well but these cheaters treat you like average performer or below par performer. After one month you know the actual reason behind the performance issue. They will send a message or mail to inform that your performance not meet our expectations and needs , but we acknowledge your work , we give a chance for your performance building phase for another 3 months with less salary like 15 k but your actual salary is 25 k. Generally Employees think they will shift to another company and attend new interviews but these things never happened easily for most of the employees because they hold half of your first month salary for your below par performance. They told these holded amount will be credited to your account on upcoming month and this thing also never happens💯 Because there's main tricks and scams are hiring a candidate for specific project like one or two months period then the project completed or dropped you will be terminated under performance less employee. Don't trust these cheating companies at any worst cost of your career. Most venomous admin MUKILAN, beware of dogs like beware of Mukilan and co.
