Salary gets credited on time.

Dislikes

The time table during a session changes almost every day. The authorities give no time to complete a task. They expect all allotted tasks to complete by end of the day. No time for research work. The authorities try to manipulate the citations of papers. Good in canteen is not of Indian standard.

Likes

Good Environment and greenery, maintains good neetness and hygienic conditions are there. Sallaries will be paid on time.

Dislikes

... no subsidy for faculty in cantin. There is no chnce for regularisation of job. Salary hikes also not upto the mark. Work pressure makes all the faculty to get saturated and it leads to health problems and disgusted feelings towards the Institution. Redundant work culture has been prevailed.

Everywhere is a lot of political issues and management doesn't notice the issue. Salary is decent but career growth is problems. There is a contact system which you connote regine on the job they're not given to joiners.

Misaligned Job Roles: Tasks assigned often don’t match the job designation, leading to dissatisfaction. 4. Lack of Respect for Non-Teaching Staff: Non-teaching staff are often treated as daily laborers rather than professionals. 5. Unfair Work Distribution: Teaching staff frequently delegate their administrative tasks to non-teaching staff, increasing workload and creating imbalances.

Secure job, timely salary, greenary Campus

Dislikes

I worked here for 3+ years. Just got only one appraisal with salary hike less than 3K. Only CSE faculty get a proper hike. Non-teaching staff are treated like none and the management team are thinking like they are paying them salary for nothing. No proper recognition, no sick leaves, only one CL, No week off on saturday, whatnot there are plenty of cons here. You are least priority people here. Full on work pressure with tight timelines. Still the management thinks that they are paying high for them.
