...olidays, very humid environment and no fan and chair for faculties in classroom. so many documentations, 6 month notice period very horrible, Compulsory paper publication in SCOPUS otherwise stay 2 hours extra or salary deduction, 3 years probation period, So many rules and regulation, some peon type of work, mgmt is very disrespectful for faculties.

...uch mental pressure . Very big hierarchy of management people. Too much torcher. No proper compensation for salary. No personal growth . Only have to work for University growth. One should be available from morning 7.00am to 12.00pm

...e period also u may stuck for releasing. They may charge high amount to release. No yearly increment in salary. Sal hike depends on how much buttering u r doing to management people.

The time table during a session changes almost every day. The authorities give no time to complete a task. They expect all allotted tasks to complete by end of the day. No time for research work. The authorities try to manipulate the citations of papers. Good in canteen is not of Indian standard.

1. They have no idea of Research as they order you to publish 2 papers per month else they deduct the salary. 2. They won't let you rest even on Sundays so no work life balance. 3. They don't relive you easily even if you get a better opportunity. Atleast 25 signatures are required from both inside and outside of the campus for which you need to run from office to office. It might sound easy for the readers but after joining you will realize the facts. 4. They take the original certificates and show lots of tantrums when you ask to return. 5. Their Notice period is of 6 months , unless you don't serve it they won't return your certificates and other documents. 6. Don't expect any hike in salary.

KL University is good for beginners as they pay decent salary

Work Culture is very Poor. Poor Communication between the Departments especially when it comes to communication between Vijaywada (Parent campus) and Hyderabad. Your HOD will not help you in any situation and they have acquired an escape mechanism and in the end, will blame you for in case of any issue. Students are not given clear information and as there is not Grievance Handling department, so all the issues have to be dealt with by faculty. Faculties get stucked big problem because the administration does not give them any clear information but students will keep on asking the same from faculties No dedicated IT and ERP staff in Hyderabad Campus. Faculties have to do a lot of Administrative work (including IT help desk, ERP help desk, Student Registration, Advertisement for University etc) which consume a lot of time. They ruin your holidays, especially in Hyderabad Campus. 70% Sundays will be taken away by allocating you some academic and administrative role.
