What can I say.. This is just shit all over here, I don't know about the other branches in other states or countries, but Kolkata KMD is just a joke in the name of a corporate.

Even if you are a useless worker if you are close to the owner your job is secure for life.

there is nothing to like about this organization as it is a very unprofessional organization, no employee benefits are given to the employees, no salary slips, no insurance cover, no health insurance cover, not even Form - 16 is given !!!! boot lickers & manipulating individuals are preferred over genuine people, no team work, lot of internal politics, full of back stabbers

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
