They change company policies as they like don't care about the employee. No benifits Salary is not on time. Unnecessary pressure Don't have management not even Hr, so if you have some problem keep it upto yourself, they don't care. You will get 1.75 days of holiday will will be credited to you every month it includes sick leave, paid leave or casual leave and cherry on the top sandwich leave. There are no project manager to manage projects.

Salary Delay 10-15 days, There is no salary increase in this company whether you have been working for 1 years, 2 years, or 3 years, They are not provides important documents after your leave the company like experience letter and relieving letter also your final salary. On floor mantle harassment. Strict timing and unnecessary salary deduction. No Leave they are given whether your leave are collapse. Unnecessary work Pressure. if you have other job option do not join this company.

1. Lack of resources 2. No work life balance 3. No proper management 4. No standard policy 5. Unnecessary work pressure 6. They hire freshers and expect high productive work. 7. No proper guidance for freshers. 8. Seniors assign their work to juniors and just complain about their performance.

The manager is unskilled and doesn't know the basics of project management, yet handling. working here is working in mom and pop shop. The manager tells you to do something you have even if it is not possible if they have grudges against you if they have grudges on you and will make you cry and will even bother to check why are you crying. Salary is not on time and if it's on time it will be received on the 10th of every month which is a rare case. NO leaves and NO WFH.

1. This is not registered IT company so think 100 times before join 2. No proper policy 3. Purposely not providing experience letter and other official documents in FNF and ignore the phone calls and emails if we ask. 4. They are self centered. 5. This is family running business so they are really not care about employees. I will not recommend this company to my enemy as well.
