Being a teacher of mathematics for competetive examination and businesses development manager in kd campus varanasi, gorakhpur branch .I am apart of a team that market reliable.

...AMPUS is decent ,but growth is high .I have to attend class morning to evening. Management do not value each teacher and monthly salary not pay any time I have to back my suggestion most of the time

Capability of loosing loyal and determined staff, they are much more efficient and experienced in it

Not a place for people looking for career growth as there isn't pay or reward of the best efforts and loyalty. Decisions are taken as enni minni myna mo where only one person dictatorship is ruled, no increment of hard work, much more to say but conclusion is it totally a mismanaged company without any future for employees

Kd live is a good platform for working long time kd live head faculty was very good in nature and all the staff was good in nature expect some toxic guys

On here biggest problem on the hr department and marketing department specially the people who are the leader of this departments most illogical and stupid guy I had ever meet this guys didn't know anything about marketing and social media growth but they are still here I don't understand why the head of the company not asking any kind of growth report from those idiots and not properly survey there work that's why company hits continue loses

Actually this is not a pvt ltd company which follow all policy of government act, this is just a coaching centre where there is no respect of employee and faculty member, Even not get salary at time, 2 Months to 4 months salary is pending always, Not follow Company Law, Labour Law, ESIC, PF, or anything which is mandatory to follow for any companies,

It's very bad place to work there is no job security and there is no management , and most important thing is the owner of kd campus always use abusive word to their employees
