Compensation is average and growth is also slow. The work pressure will be high only in case of filing periods and that period there will be some work. After that period is over so many days I end up with no work or some small assignments and it will be very boring sitting simply that too long hours. Sometimes they will assign work after 7 PM i.e., the time of leaving the office and end upto 8 PM. No Overtime income etc.,
