1. annual Salary hike is less 2. Strict delineated teams, for eg, prosecution team has nothing to do with litigation team, and vice versa. Thus, no exposure to litigation.

...ts are just an intern, company don’t include them as a part of team or employee. There are no other benefits and perks for the consultants, no bonus, no respect. It is a contractual position only.

Young partners, some of them are extremely understanding and caring.

Politics, professional opinions rarely considered, will make you doubt your potential if you accidentally end up with bad managers.

Present management does not guts to question its RPs and EPs but it will point out recovery team. Present management will open 4-5 offies at a time without informing credit control team and later say recovery is not happening. RPs and EPs will blindly do billing just to show they have done some billing but they never take ownership of recovering if client does not pay. Present management is selfish, it likes bucketing, partiality etc.
