Here environment is good. You don't need to go through lots of work stress level but slow growth.

...need to push up for your personal growth. Opportunities are also less to people. Salary increments/appraisal is never on time. Here is enough politics but you can face it. If u want learn then here is very less source and chances.

jyoti plastics is engineering plastics processor i have worked there for four years i have participated in plant shifting activity.i have started m/c first at new plant. over all working as per my subject trouble shooting and process set up.i liked to work
