No promotions, Nobody wants to listen about problems and solutions they only want to speak and you have to do as they command No work life balance you will get a call at 11 pm or in morning at 6 am nobody knows Even sales officer have to work like a salesman in a market you just have a name of an officer even in there meetings thek have a dress code of blue jeans and white shirt to represent you are a labour as jeans 👖 represents

The company doesn't trust his employee. I'm working here as a Sales Officer and company asked me to do 1st call to last call with salesman and that's ok. But you have to take selfie in the starting, have to sent demo video of new product in group, if not then you done nothing . Even after market when you visit to stock point you have to sent selfie with salesman and that's the proof of your work. But my question is that when I managed ECO , Sales, Launch and others criteria it will be strongly shown in the excel at the end of the day then why so many photos???? Is company figure comes with employees selfie?? Even one day my salesman completed his market in 1.30 PM with all target done and I was with him , as usual I have sent selfie that it's the last call. Then my boss msg me go to other market and work till 4 PM. Even here ZSM & ASM also directly involved with all salesman . So, why they are recruiting Sales Officer?? And what is their roles??? You have to do WhatsApp con-call in the morning (8 AM) with all salesman and have to sent screenshot and it's mandatory. And in that group ASM is also there.. Are we working to wake up the salesman??? Didn't understand the culture.
