Salary structure is good, Director HR is good, work life is good/ manageable infra are good and only thoughts on imagination are good!!

Dislikes

Work culture, reporting structure, management, etc. Old and unskilled peoples are ruling the company on senior positions & not letting skilled people ls to survive in the organisation, pampering is the most needed KPA/KRA in this organisation rather than work. Chairman/MD is least bothered about the skilled recruitments but he needs the organisation to be ruled by old people with their experience and zero complaints followed with advance technologies and new thoughts with the peoples ruling with thoughts of 60s.

Opportunity given to learn and development of the dealership facility management by the Management

Dislikes

No on time salary , no salary slip , no incentive, no compensation deductible information either from account/ HRBP, internal management insecurity. Office policy changes as per need without any prior information/ circulation. No policy clarification. High risk on job responsibilities as not adequate manpower provided for the minimum facility requirements .

In a simple word I must say about company culture is quite good and very much respected for women. But now the culture of NEXA SALTLAKE #JYOTE Motors Bengal day by day is bitter. Dont give employees deserving salary. Also not paid other facilities like EL, money is also due from 2018. They create day by day a new circular.

Not paid EL money which is due from 2018. Salary date cross every month middle. Create a new meaning less circular day by day. JYOTE Motors Bengal NEXA SALTLAKE is big Zero I must say now..But in Show off they might be No.1...👎👎

...to work with him ...plz don't waist ur time, there is u don't learn anything . If I told about the salary structure ..it gives the lowest salary to his employee. If I talk timing ..it has no timing as I told above its a Shop. So if u think that u join this nd get a better career bt u relize wrong after u joining. In my experience in this company ..plz check properly ,if u satisfied then join otherwise don't join. Thank u

There is nothing to like in this company. What I said. I will strongly recommended not to join this type of company so u can save ur career , otherwise u will be regreat.

His ambition was my misson also for my team to my company.. very good salary also very good incentive structures for every employee.working condition was fantastic Also appreciate from higher management it feels good as a employee.. Career growth also I have over the years.. Thanks to JYOTE MOTORS give me opportunity to prove my self..
