Upper Management is supportive at times. Overall focus on training and development is good. Growth opportunities are okay.

...ite and helpful they have a huge cafeteria and the menu changes as per the week. They provide a good bonus at the time of diwali and new year.

... should have supported all the employees insted of that 80% people were fired . People are working for half salary right now and doing double shift . I only joined Marriott because of the motto of company regarding putting their people first and there's nothing like that in JW Marriott Chandigarh Chandigarh
