...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies aregood, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 6months before which you connot resign on the job trainingis not hiven to new joiness

Jw marriott hotel new delhi hotel best palce for freshers for working. They imrove the workint skills of people, atiquitte, speaking skills, teach to paople groomings & the most important thing is they teach how to maintain hyguine in 5 stars hotel . associate is very secure about there job in this hotel. The working culture is amazing there and the hotel's management is very very helpful for associate and always active for it. No doubt , jw Marriott hotel's policies for associate is very good and much needed

there has nothing to dislike about this hotel. yes, they don't provide good salary to associate according to all hotel and this is a luxury brand. If they solve this issue nobody leave this company for many years.

I had a handsome Salary and good perks. Opportunity of learning and training on job was a bonus. Although it was not my genre of work i managed well.

Dislikes

Working hours were not satisfactory at all as i had to travel everyday to town to the head office from bandra, working hours were getting hectic and I had no half day or leave on Saturday so personal life suffered a lot. Yes politics was very much there which was very uncomfortable. There was no excitement in the field of work as most deals or sale were made on the phone with clients, there was no face to face interaction with clients which i would have preferred so it got a bit monotonous. Growth was slow.

I really dont like their workplace environment very toxic not within the lower level but with the upper level. The main management people are playing dirty games including the unit head.Its my view for my unit the other people might have different perspective
