There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...et training for personality development, managerial skills and knowledge of SOP. Jw Marriott gives you perfect job security career growth, salary is bit low, but work environment, appraisal and life balance is good.

Timing as always cause This is hotel and we always have to be there for the guests.

I really dont like their workplace environment very toxic not within the lower level but with the upper level. The main management people are playing dirty games including the unit head.Its my view for my unit the other people might have different perspective
