...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The environment here is too good, the working culture & policies are nice! This company always put their employees first. Average career growth opportunities. Overall good to work place.

The salary scale here is little low than expected.

Company has brand value and providing employment in different areas for number of people.

Dislikes

Lack of work-life balance specially in kitchen and FNB department. Most of the staff lacks innovation and prefer donkey work with very less salary and appraisal. Career growth depends on person to person but still lacks in job satisfaction.

I had a handsome Salary and good perks. Opportunity of learning and training on job was a bonus. Although it was not my genre of work i managed well.

Dislikes

Working hours were not satisfactory at all as i had to travel everyday to town to the head office from bandra, working hours were getting hectic and I had no half day or leave on Saturday so personal life suffered a lot. Yes politics was very much there which was very uncomfortable. There was no excitement in the field of work as most deals or sale were made on the phone with clients, there was no face to face interaction with clients which i would have preferred so it got a bit monotonous. Growth was slow.

Salary structure and chancea of growth is good

I really dont like their workplace environment very toxic not within the lower level but with the upper level. The main management people are playing dirty games including the unit head.Its my view for my unit the other people might have different perspective
