Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.

Not 1 not 2 their are bunch of negative points huge pressure salary deductions and politics is more in this company then country... main thing you people need to know is no growth or very very very slow growth and your salary wont match your designation. Worst company with big brand reputation which might perish in coming days.
