Too much work pressure. For my profile, work load was like you can't even breathe during shift hours. TLs consider you like a robo who need to keep taking calls. Tenured ones will get absconded and being a new bee you will be forced to work on festivals like Holi, Diwali.. I worked as a PT, total break time was 30 minutes, but I can't take that in one go..TL would come to cafeteria or restroom to take you back..
