I have just completed 9 months here but most of my seniors are working here for more than 7 years so i think actually i feel the job is secure here. Feel pressure sometimes but overall 9 months experience is good for me.

Salary is decent but career growth is low here. In some departments there is lot of politics. Hike ratio is too low. Don't have any process ethicates like how to decide a target for perticular process and TAT also.

...nguage is very bad like South head, vps, avs, manager, just go pic up the sales. If we are not doing salary deduction of 10 days or 15 days work culture is very bad. You can't learn new things zero silks.

Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.

My experience is excellent for the justdial and I am nothing to dislike everything is good . Employee is totally secure in Justdial ltd.
