Here is not any service team to handle the customer and give them best services. A sales executive is play both role in this job which is not possible to make new sales, KPI as well as to provide services to old customer.

Company is changing their products and rules of work continuously and not giving fix salary in this period.

Company gives you 3 months to prove yourself,salary given on time,attractive incentives if you perform good.

90% of the existing clients or previous clients are not happy with the company services,management is least concerned about their existing clients issues after selling packages and doesnot even support,guide or address our issues.Daily team meetings in office or parks which is very far from your job location and are a waste of time,energy& money as we are not taught to handle client objection just pressurising the employees to do sales.HR Department is unresponsive and useless.
