Just Enery India is a good to work with good work life balance and good people to work with, but pay is less compared industry standards for Indian employees. Benefits like insurance health care, compensation off system approval are good Team engagement offline activities are less (depends on team and individual) Onsite managers are kind to us good.

There's absolutely nothing to like about this company except the option for additional earning by sales alongside service

The salary promised is never given. If they've made any deductions, they find reasons and loopholes to justify it. There is absolutely no communication between the upper management. The quality team has a different knowledge when compared to the management. They keep firing different teams and stock the work up on the service team. Even the referral bonus is not paid stating that the agent you referred has weak performance or too many leaves.
