The tech stack is really bad (haskell in the backend), and you get locked into this company because the skills that you learn here are rarely used in other companies. Work life balance depends on your team and position in the team. For the most part it is bad. Some people work even on weekends and holidays and if they are blocked on anything, they will expect you to work as well.

Very Employee friendly management and good Work Culture. Top management of the company is too good and understanding. Will have a lot of opportunities to learn and understand how the system works and caters to so many users with no downtime and processing millions of transactions in a day.

Dislikes

The Tech Stack used here is Functional Programming like Haskell, PureScript, Rescript. People with Object orientated programming experience find it difficult to adapt to this technology as the learning curve is very steep.

Breeze team specifically in juspay doesn’t respects time management and lacks work vulture within the team . Every week 7 to 8 people leave juspay because of the toxic work culture enforced .

A very good company for beginners to see and learn, but as time passes by it becomes stagnant.

The team is grappling with internal politics, favoritism, and a lack of transparent evaluation processes. The manager appears disengaged from projects beyond their own and exhibits a reluctance to consider alternative perspectives. Trust issues among designers and a general lack of appreciation for their contributions have fostered a toxic work environment. Additionally, the absence of a clear mission and vision for design within the company, coupled with a preference for external assets over internal expertise, further exacerbates the challenges faced by the design team.

No work life balance . Zero Management No appraisal No appreciation Too much of politics Though it is a flexible hours but Juspay wants their employees to work 24*7
