Management doesn't need good and experienced candidates, they need pitthu only. You will not be given that job in which you have experience. Only one mantar can work here if you want to survive:- Jupiter me kaam krna hai, to Monga-Monga karna hai.

Nothing is good, a small group of worker. Disturb all policy of company, working environment, product quality. ..... .... They belongs one place, one state of India.

Dislikes

A professional qualified person have no future in production department.
