*Spineless branch manager. *Branch head eats non veg in office but others are not allowed to eat. *There is no direct communication system between the employee and the management. *Management does not care about employees but only branch head. *Branch head watches serial all day. *You can't ask for your salary because according to the head in Kolkata, management does a favour by giving you salary. *You can't contact with the management, even if you send a professional email, that will be considered as misbehaviour. *You can not leave office at even 6:25 pm even if your mother dies. You will be considered as half day present and they will deduct your money (timing is 9:30-6:30). *You have to keep your half of one month's salary deposited. *You will witness cheapest office parties, picnics and outings. Where per head budget is Rs.100. *Compensating on Sundays is a culture here. *All Saturday working. *No official email id for employees. *Stinking washroom, branch head doesn't know how to flush. *100 years old PCs. *Only 12 paid leaves a year, that too starts after 1 year of joining. Basically 1 year probation period. * No designation promotion. Max Rs.1700 increment no matter how hard you work. Only branch head gets good hike. *There is simply no employee benefit. *If you don't serve notice period, you have to pay money to the company. *Same type of writing everyday. *Join this organisation to screw up your career.
