...lete mess, they won't care about how much you grind or give for this company. They would pay a hefty amount to someone who is good for nothing(managerial lvl) but will pay paltry to engineers who are grinding & giving their all. They won't listen your ideas, they just want all things to happen by their wish. Humanity is something that is missing, if someone gets injured during work, they won't be giving any assistance to them & are left on their own. Lastly if they start listening to ones who are actually plus support & motivate them ,that will help in the growth of the organization.

Old people's spoiled whole company. Management is ok but given full authority to old uneducated political people. Good employees can't work in this company. Management view is also bad about new employees. Only use and through policy.

Good range of products as well as quality of products, semi automatic mechines, good life balance. Plant head at Hinjewadi is fully supportive.

No any authority to any other department head, need approval for single rupees, all authority only CEO, long time for decision, that's what the growth of company is getting suffered. Management does not intrested in facing customer face to face.

Likes

Better experience for reputated company. How we can manage material planning, production planning, high rejection, human resources, how can I increase productivity etc. Knowledge according to IATF 2016 16949.
