I enjoy to work here with freedom to do right thing in right time.This ISO & AAR accedited company & is progressing very fast & I am part & percel of the team as a Technological leader.

Dislikes

While doing changes I encounter lot of resistances but I am accustomed to overcome by my wealth of experience. Nasty politics are prevailing but doesn't affect me because I attempt to do the things which anyone can dare to do.I normally maintain a strategy that what I do today is better than yesterday & less better than tomorrow.
