The organisation gives a lot of flexibility in terms of implementing a particular work. The organisation paid all the staff through out the state during all the months of 2020 although there was no income for many months. Interestingly, there was a minor increment too.

Dislikes

For a married person working at unit level will hardly leave any time for family. Although, it's a good organization if one is working at the Head Office.
