I dislike my salary, now salary ismost imp thing for me. But when u have family, and bills to pay, item add up pretty quickly and u easily end up with an empty bank account.

Salary & Appraisal are average compared to other Industries... Only Top performer will get high appraisal. Variable payments are paid annually.

All departments of this company other than aftersales is really helpful and good. I would like to work again with Jungheinrich India.

Managers commitment is not trustable. And partiality is a main issue.

Excellent Support and guidance from the parent Company Jungheinrich AG. Work culture and work environment was excellent till German MD was in India.

Dislikes

There is no focus on behavioral training to the employees. There is no job security in this Organisation. Employee attrition rate was around 20% during year 2016. Too much of internal politics after joining of Indian MD.Company work culture is very poor and employees are humiliated in front of their colleagues by the MD. Employees who can always say Yes Sir / Madam to everything can only work in this Company. No employee is allowed to say their opinion on any matter. Jungheinrich Lift Truck India Private Limited is not at all a good Company to work.
