... work this company again. I learnt many things about HFC gas clean agent system. Salary is not bad compared to indian comapany. I learnt many good things from Korean staffs about punctuality and sincerity. I'm always very interested to work in good Korean company.

Dislikes

Jungdo is very good company but management is very poor in India. I had terrible experience in Staff's welware. For my experience, JUNGDO did not give me any credit. I Need to stand at site more than 10 hours per day. There is no time period for duty hours. Minimum 12-13 hours will be working per day. And in a month most of the time 3-4 Sundays we have to work. There is no job security. Suddenly they will quit our jobs

The work pressure is very high by Client working very stressful work environment, long time duty hours and short term project so that don't have job security.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
