There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 1.5 years before which you cannot resign.

Day by day employees getting worst situations, there is no respect for the employees, they know only cost cutting the day will come soon when they will not get a single man power

Good work environment. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade. They give Diwali bonus every year.

...ics and the management doesn't address our issue and not present in night shift. No 5 days shift and salary is very low according to work and Comfort zone. Salary hike very low and nothing payout for tenure period.

80 percent things I dislike about jumio.. No learning.. No holidays.. Leaves can be taken easily oy when uh have health issue( even on that they bother meanwhile lockdown) It's experience is also Negligible in other organizations.. So if someone wants to get a job for money only. . Than uh are ggood to go But if ur seeking a job fr learning as well as money.. Then please search a good one..

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. But company environment is best and the company thinks about it's employees.
