Team mates are good training time all good new top level people came he want to bring their staff first round 1500 people fired and every year large numbers of people get fired either you are complete 2,3,5,6,10years top level want European staff that it other nationality he dont like.

From top to level all European staff with nice salary package manager to much but we need employee for work.that is lack of management their in jumeirah. But company is mind blowing really.

The higher management was good during the 2007-2013, then it started to drop according to the boss culture.things are different as it used to be,but still the Jumeirah is Jumeirah.Even though the bit of a difference between the management & the employee the accomodation fooding transportation entertainment each and everything wise it is very nice. Absolutely home like feeling different country citizens are there so you will never feel lonely.everybody is honest,work atmosphere is awesome even the outlet manager s are very good and supportive.my overall experience of working there was great.So great that even coming back to my country cant find an working atmosphere anywhere hence didn't worked any more with the hotel industry.

... enough increment as per the company standard the service charge is always Poor.Even the Bonus are getting less and less.

Jumeirah is one of the best hotel chain in world wide,they always support and help colleagues to achieve their goals.

Iam thankfull to Jumeirah because I have learnt lot from them, always had opportunity to learn more and work environment was excellent.

Good place to work and there is lot of recognitions with in the company of you want grow in your career this is right place to work and it is the fast growing company with in hospitality industry

There is some changes need to be done in colleagues cafeteria food quality is low

The company is good and got great luxury brand name with great culture and ethics. I like the way they took care of employees, great place to work and has good career growth and in house learning facilities. I love my team and company, had an opportunity to travel for recruitment trip to Ukraine and China.

I am working from last 16 years and I have nothing to comments about my company that I do not like something about it.
