*No job security *No fixed salary *Target based salary: unable to complete to task u will get zero rupees in return doesn't matter ki aap ki kitne- mahine kaam kiye *No work life balance *No weekly off *The guy instructor was too much bad person that I haven't met anyone like him, his name is Sachin *Will ask for ₹450 as registeration & ₹4000 as security money saying that they will return it but they never return it *No management *Colleagues are not allowed to talk to each other *The instructor Sachin always says with dhamki ki agar candidates/leads/visits nhi koi aya to age work krne k liye data nhi milega aur office me entry nhi milegi and agar apne leave Kiya to apko kaha jata hai age ane ki zarurat nhi hai * If you have to take leave you have to inform them 3 days before the leave day..how does it make sense!? *You have to make calls by your personal number that's how apka mobile no. sabke paas distribute hoga and sari khari khoti call reciever se apko sunna aur jhelna padega *Koi guidance provide nhi kiya jata *They will say interview that u have to hire 18-20-24-28-30 candidate as security under you as pr position like security guard, gunman, bodyguard, bouncer ect. But once you start doing u will get to know that u have to hire the candidate and they will do the ditto same work what you will do there *No difference between telle calling position and HR manager position, work is same for the both position This is my true review...guys please do not go for them 🔴🔴🚫🚫❌❌💀💀 They are doing the networking - scheming business I m sure they don't have any client to provide security services...as I have never seen any client visit Guys please don't go for them ❌❌❌❌ They deserve zero star🅾️

It was worst experience to work with JSS .. People are doing 100% making fools Others for their salary ..You have give 4100 for joining and security deposit and documents verification than you have to complete your target 24 28 18(hiring candidate target ).Rana each candidate you have to take 4100 which would add on your job card .Total fraud and waste of time and confidence work enthusiasm..So Please avoid

Company environment and behavior All workers who have given target to looting others than company will pay your salary .. Employee can't talk each other about the company or their rule and regulations.. Worst management and Policies..I resign ..Main call kar sakta hoo lekin apni salary ke liye kisi vyakti ki jarurat aur mehnat ko juth bol kar jaya nahi kar sakta hoo..Vaha sabhi logo ko juth bulavaya jata hai ..I hate those fraudulent..

Fraud hai sb,bus logo ko join karwao aur , varification k nam par 450 rupaye lete hai aur security k nam par 3650 dena padega join hone k liye , training kuch nahi dete bas tumhe call karke candidate bulana hai ,ek mahene m 24 log ko join karwao nahi to salary nahi milegi.
