Well, JMA has supported me throughout this pandemic quite well. The management didn't took harsh decisions like other companies and continued our benefits without any major deductions. Working with JMA is a challenging job where you learn new things every day. If you are enthusiastic enough and loves fast track tasks you would like it here just as I do.

... very honesh there are very few things which I believe JMA needs to work on. 1. Salary which is on quite lower side hence youngsters doesn't fit in for long. 2. If your mentor is not educated enough he/she might never let you go up and get promoted in that case you just have to keep calm and do your tasks perfectly, express yourself make your presence count you will see changes. 3. Yes, politics is there but don't get into it and it won't get into you.

Management of company not good According to work salary are very poor Jaipur branch deputy manger umaid singh are corrupt, he is putting unwanted pressure I can write a book on him he is really idiot person I ever met

Very well systematic management, No politics ...Just like a family where they provide us more benefits and compensation as well, As a branch accountant I have learned so many things from here..

I was reporting to Managing Director. He was excellent leader & he was having all other qualities from every aspect of life. He leads from the front. He knows the pulse of Corporate culture. He has very fine character from humanity point of views. I enjoyed working in JMA. All other staff are very co-operative and team players especially Mr. Nair , Mr. Rajiv, Mr. Tandon, & Mr. Singh.

From salary point of view, I was getting lower salary than I deserve.

Company is very good administration is very good but lower level administration like manager area manager they thinking company is these people there behavior against staff so bad. I feel very bad today because I worked round about 8 year plus but company and my manager and area manager they didn't talk with me I feel very glad If some body wants to go from jma they go any where bcoz area manager didn't want to sport u this is the clutter of jma non performer manager are there non performer area manages are there. No need any qualification. Bcoz if u near by any manager or Am. Ur job is secure.

Work culture is good but managers attitude is like owner. They think we are those employees not a jma
