1 ) Salary is too low.. You won't get a salary as per your experience or as per industry standards (you may get 1/4 of industry-standard salary) 2 ) Your performance will be evaluated only with negative points (for salary negotiation) in the appraisal 3) HR will treat you like you are a slave 4) No personal growth even technology-wise No one is there to tell you about your mistake. focus is only on the output in a shorter period of time. 5) lack of senior engineers. work like a college project. just work on getting an output. There is no code review. No Proper suggestion from anyone if u stuck at work. finally If you join as a fresher you are going to lose your precious time by wasting it here financially and by technically Sadly writing this review because I and my friends are faced the problem by spending our precious time working in this kind of environment with no value

The people who work (very soon used to) here are amazing. Some absolute gems, no doubt. You will get to learn a lot simply by interacting with your colleagues. They will treat you like family. I am grateful for the lifelong relationships I have developed here.

Dislikes

...client is not happy then your Notice Period literally becomes a year. (Illegal) 3) Even though it is mentioned that you can pay salary in-lieu, instead of serving notice period, they will reject it. Saying that they don't accept buy-outs (Again -- illegal) 4) There are 3 year bonds for freshers and if you want a decent raise, not a great raise, just a decent raise, then they will make you sign another bond ranging from 1 - 3 years. (Third time's a charm -- illegal)

I have met people here, who mean the world to me. I have made friends and mentors, who have been there for me through thick and thin.

...t addressing employee grievances. You will be met with, 'we're working on it.' Salary is upto expectations, if you are expectations are low.

The team environment fosters collaboration and support, making it a pleasure to work alongside my colleagues. And.... thats it. Nothing much.

Dislikes

Seriously no proper increments, even during promotions. No skill development because of the projects you get. There are no new projects to work with technologies like Meta, AR & VR.

The environment is great , keeps you motivated to learn new technologies. If you are eager to learn and take up challenges, this is the place for you.

Dislikes

A great company for freshers to gain practical experience and improve their skills. However career progression might feel slow for mid-level employees. the only downside is that the processes can sometimes feel unstructured.
