I really enjoy working with jubilant motor works because of the dynamic environment. The company fosters a collaborative culture, where everyone’s ideas are valued. Additionally I appreciate the opportunities for growth and learning through its training programs. The focus on customer satisfaction aligns with my personal value.

Dislikes

While I appreciate many aspects of working at jubilant motorworks, one challenge I’ve encountered is fast-paced environment, which can sometimes lead to tight deadlines and high pressure situations. While this is manageable and helps build resilience. It can occasionally affects work life balance. Additionally, because of company’s rapid growth and ambition, there can be occasional communication gaps as teams work to keep up with the expansion. However I see these as opportunities for improvement and am optimistic that with continued focus, these challenges can be addressed.

Overall Good company to work with, expanding it horizon to next level, management is highly supportive, good transparency in work, many internal promotions and elevation to the internal staff, good performances are appreciated and awarded

Frist HRA policy is excellent, second company management is very good, Third skills development is good and forth company culture and activities is very good, Fifth Workshop and showroom environment is so wonderful, Six Supportive staff, seven work satisfaction.

Dear sir i am Kalpesh Jagdale from Surat Gujarat, when i am working at Surat Gujarat location jubilant motor works ( Altigreen), after 1 year later company suddenly close and that time i lost my job, so this time is very critical.

Nothing....job security is a big no... favouritism is a major problem for people who carry false information to certain bosses.

Dislikes

Everything...too much politics... favouritism is carried out here for people who carry false information to the boss.Top management don't care if the company is not doing well.They are fooling the owner by just showing on paper profit.Billing Is done without the vehicle even being touched to get incentive...lots of shit happening there
