I really enjoy working with jubilant motor works because of the dynamic environment. The company fosters a collaborative culture, where everyone’s ideas are valued. Dislikes

While I appreciate many aspects of working at jubilant motorworks, one challenge I’ve encountered is fast-paced environment, which can sometimes lead to tight deadlines and high pressure situations. While this is manageable and helps build resilience. It can occasionally affects work life balance. Additionally, because of company’s rapid growth and ambition, there can be occasional communication gaps as teams work to keep up with the expansion. However I see these as opportunities for improvement and am optimistic that with continued focus, these challenges can be addressed.

Overall Good company to work with, expanding it horizon to next level, management is highly supportive, good transparency in work, many internal promotions and elevation to the internal staff, good performances are appreciated and awarded

They interview the NIT , MBA STUDENTS saying that they would be given a Assistant manager position with their specialisation and later once they join they are forciably thrown to the sales department and service rvery 15 days location will be changed. Not worried about the employees. Its pure harassment.

One of the amazing work place i ever seen, we are 1st corporate from Auto retail, such a nice culture and HR practices are mind blowing, satiesfaction score across India is on top, well qualified employees like IIMs, always pay on time with incentive never delay salaries, on last working day of month every1 will get salaries, bestmanagement

They don't have any constructive planning. They hired few employees to build their own digital marketing team but after joining the company just after 2.5 months they just fired all the employees jst by saying that they are no more willing to continue to build their own team but they are giving their projects to an digital marketing agency and no more need us in the company
