Department Never want to you that you gain knowledge and reach at higher post due to internal politics,low budget appraisal,and if you want to quit you survive for three month if prior to quit it de duct salary from you account.

Politics is the main reason for the downfall of the company. Management response is not good. mid level management trying to keep happy to his seniors and high level management trying to keep happy to his directors You will get promotions and incriment only if you are closed to senior. There is not any value of hardworking

Company vision is very good but company top management at corporate and In USA do not have close look in to ground level issues that might accelerate company growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees
