Other things are very big amount sales target that only one point customer unhappy and store not handle clearly gdm Because sale pressure😖... Ground level big problem that are team member hiring, salling, oddities fase for cleaning.... Dhat are big chhalanging... 1. Poor Management 2. Bad working culture and infrastructure 3. Corporate people are not cooperative & supportive 4. Company never thinks about the well-being of the employee 5. Company doesn't give any value to the high potential employees. Only you will find Micro management and maximum benefits given to Corporate employees. 6. Every job responsibility will be assigned to you with out any support and Managers expect to complete the activity Same day.

I joined this brand wita a lot of expectations but when I start working I find lot of loop fall which hurt me alot. Here no one admire your work ability even the promotion done with partiality.
