The management doesn't care about your mental health and employees are assigned with multiple tasks at a time and are under a lot of pressure to complete them. The HR department has failed in fulfilling their tasks on aspects like general employee health status checkup, resolving employees' conflicts.

Gives good opportunities to employees who are willing to work hard

Compensation and benefits are less. The work pressure is very high. Most of time you need to work weekends and calls will be like 24*7.

HONESTY is the biggest threat in this company but those who know the art of cheating, fraud and buttering will grow in this company which i have experienced and didn't liked. Teamwork is zero in this company every body has to perform individually. Regionalism and racialism is most i have seen in this company which is most threatful thing who are working from other state.

No work life balance Worst increment cycle (Apr-Mar) but they will assess only July-March No clarity between management and HR HR and Admin sleeping beauties Big perks and appreciations only to the higher management

Dislikes

Reduce working hours of insider team members as they get salary only on depends their working hours. Days when sale goes down , company says reduce team working hours. So that PNL will be managed.
