I always had a great team to work with, had staff activities, always got salary in time also received bonus on durga puja occation.

Dislikes

shift hours are not fixed, they doesn't keep housekeeping personal in most of the outlets so we had to get involved in cleaning, moping and wiping etc which doesn't looks good in front of guests they too disliked it, serving them after cleaning.

Unable to saving money in others city due to expensive city. CCA also minimised 5000rs to 4000rs don't know why No time for family and money also not saved for our future. Thinking wasting time here. should I change the line. So many restaurant in Agra and near to Agra

Or pasand ye nahi aya ki jyadar politics chalta h andar hi andar, jo gdm ke aage piche dum hilata hai chatta hai usko full hour dega or jo kam se kam rakega usko minimum 4 hour hi dega 😂 cc camera cash counter me honese v kam ka nahi hai, jyadar karab hi raheta hai or counter se paisa aise gayab hota h phir bechare GSR ko deke ana padta hai le koi v ho, or cash rakne ka locker to karab hi hota hai pata nahi q😂😂 tora dekh lijiye ga ye sab

Company is very good but staff at DM/Am are not proper . Company should look at senior staff before hiring

I think company should work on IT department and staff hiring & salary to be increase . DM/Am should now ground level

Supportive staffs, friendly environment, work life balance is good, salary is always on time and that's pretty much it.

Very slow career growth, been working with full efficiency from last 1.5 years and got no promotion.
